DEBIT ORDERS STILL BEING DEDUCTED DESPITE CONTRACT CANCELLATION

On 20 February 2017 I cancelled one of my data contracts with Telkom as I don't use it anymore. The contract was for a portable wi-fi router and I don't use it because I have wi-fi at work and at home. I went in to the Telkom Store in Adderley Street and they told me they would put the cancellation through and gave me case number ********** 8.

Three months later they are still deducting money from my account and billing me for something I dont use and canclled with them ages ago! I cannot even stop this as they just unilaterally deduct the money from my account and the bank cant prevent them from putting debit orders through.

They have always given me pathetic service and I regret ever having signed up with them in the first place.

Dear Keagan,
What else is there to look into? I cancelled the contract; gave you the date and the reference number; you can obviously see the payments being deducted from my account and the receipt of the funds into Telkom's Account.
There is another invoice that I received for payment on 31 May 2017. Will this be corrected before then or will Telkom be taking more money from my account?
I want all of the debit orders taken from my account after cancellation to be refunded to me immediately as Telkom had no legal right to take the money from my bank account. The contract was cancelled months ago.
