Debit orders after cancellation of contract - theft by telkom

My 24 months contract expired in March 2021. End February (26), i wrote Telkom of my intention not to renew the contract - they confirmed with an SMS. Four months down the line, in June 2021 Telkom is still debiting me... What a bull? This is total corporate theft? Where else can i complain about this? And my bank says apart from reversing the debit order, there is nothing they can do, really?

I bave been to telkom offices, they give you a phone to speak to a lady who cannot 3xplain what the debits are for, but she confirms the contract is cancelled. Another load of bull...
