Debit orders 4 months after account closure

<p>I closed my account with Telkom in July, but they keep debiting my bank account. I reversed one debit order with my bank, and Telkom refunded me an additional amount last month, but today I received another debit order from my account.</p> <p>I did not authorise Telkom to take debit orders outside of my account period/terms. Please stop all debit orders on my account and remove my banking details from your systems.</p>
