Debit Order Unpaid fee dispute
I went to Telkom to change my banking details in store i was told they can't change my details since my banking details are less than 3 months old i can only change them after 3 months, then on the 3rd month i sent an email to their customer care to change the details for me they didn't change them nor either reply to my email, they continued to debit on the closed account and it got rejected, i then went to the store to get the banking details cos you can't get hold of them online, i did so n they provided me with the banking details to do an EFT and i got to change my banking details at the store for the following month then, after the 7th i received a statement stating that they going to debit me an amount that is high which includes the debit order unpaid charge then i went to the store to do a dispute they sent an email to their office with the proof of my original email i sent requesting for the change of details, i received an sms stating that my case was resolved after 3 days, i was happy thinking they will debit the original amount boom they debit an amount with the unpaid fee included, the person who was working on my case it was Nkanyiso Blessing Mazibuzo who resolved the matter (case) without working on it, then i spoke to Sfundo Sindane asking for a recon statement she couldn't send it, she sd her manager Eugen Mchunu will send it yesterday to my email till now i haven't got it as yet, what i picked up is telkom doesn't know what they doing or accounts as a whole, no one is able to answer me, i told them it very easy to do a journal (reversing the unpaid fee) then refund me my extra money that they took from my account simple, today i spoke to Fikile Mlotshwa who kept me on hold for ever for her useless supervisor who didn't answer instead dropped the call, as for Fikile she told me no the store was suppose to refund me, telkom is like a headless chicken, pleaple if u need stress take contract with telkom.
