Debit order that still running from my account

In june I have was chatting with nokuthula I told her to cancel my contract ,she told me she will request a 24 hours cancellation and she will convert my number to prepaid,I did not trust her I decided to send email request cancellation,since then they have been debating my money my number was given to someone else I very ****ed off now ,fixed this nonsense and give me my money back.
