Debit order taken without authorisation

I app**** for telkom cell phone , first week of January 2016 and was approved. There were issues with issuing of my phone and Tintswalo is the person who assisted me. She had to follow up in order for the phone to be released from the stock and be issued to me. I then made several follow ups coming to the shop with no luck, eventual;ly i never had time to come to the shop to fetch the gadget. Month end February 2016, a debit order was run from my account, because i reached account limit, it was returned and was charged with unpaird fee. i followed up and was advised it will be reversed. I filled in the cancellation form at their branch.<br> <br> During the course of last week, another unpaid fee was charged beacuse i wasnt expecting any debit order. I tred to call their offices with no luck. Todat, 24 Mar,amount ot 708,68 was debitred from my account.<br> <br> I cancelled the contract and want my money to be reversed together with unpaid fees on my cheque account
