Debit order taken but no delivery of device

I orderd a Huawei P30 lite on 03/04/2019, the first premium was debited as i was informed that they first need to take the premium before they could deliver the device.

I was informed that it takes 5 to 7 working days after the premium has been collected for the phone to be delivered. its the 24th and i called Telkom for the 3rd time to follow up on the order and could not be helped as the system had issues.

For a first time customer i must say your service is very poor and would defnitely not recommend anyone to do business with you.
