Debit Order still running even after cancellation of contract

I had a 3 year contract with Telkom for Laptop, printer and router that expired in November 2022, i have been in store in Rosebank - JHB to cancel the contract and take a new contract which is only data for R159. However, the Laptop, printer and router contract is still being deducted from my bank account.

Could you kindly please advise what is going on please as i have been in store to sort this out?
