Debit order still running 3 months after the contract has been stopped

<p>I have cancelled my WiFi contract with them in the beginning of October as they told me this is when the 2 years are over. they are still debitting my account every month. every time i call the call centre they look into the problem, but nothing happens and the debit order just runs again.</p>
