Debit order still going off after closing the account, No refund

The worst service ever I closed my account beginning of February, Still their debiting my account full charge, even after 5 call in this 5 months, and a visit to the local branch, their still *****ing my money through debiting my account, with no refunds yet. They will just tell you, they are escalating the problem, and you will never here from them again, until you see another bill in the post, @#$%^&*
