Debit Order Sham

Firstly Telkom offers me the best broadband deal and I’m happy with the service. The problem I have is that when I took up the contract I agreed to a debit order date for the 25th of each month, but in November Telkom attempted taking funds from my account on the 24th subsequently it was rejected, the bank has charged me R100 for the rejection, Telkom is charging R200.94. Telkom has managed to collect through the NAEDO system on the 1st December, but they’re still billing me for for last month, in effect I’m paying for my bill twice plus the rejection fees. By bill should not be R996.94, if you’re using the NAEDO tracking system, you should get your money when it’s due to you on the agreed date. Please remove the R200.94 and the R398 because you’ve collected your payment.

No Response since! And now you've put my account in collections for something that's entirely your fault. You did not debit my account in January, my account is in collections now because someone did not do their job. What is the recourse? Calling your call center is a waste of time because they can assist you with zero, even the managers promise to call you back to no avail. What thing that is consistent with your customer service is lies.
