Debit order setup and billing are inaccurate.

Dealing with this organization for the fiber to the home has been terrible. To start, they entered the debit order date incorrectly; it should have been on the 25th, but the woman set it up for the end of each month. When I paid R1800 for the fiber, they informed me that the next payment date was November 30th. As a result of the R1800 payment, my services have been suspended due to the false information provided.
