Debit Order ****

Telkom mobile debit my account exorbitantly for a contract that ended in April. After logging a dispute through one of their agents last week Monday, the matter is still pending even now. I see some complaining about the same thing saying they waited months before this was sorted. This is Bull s**t... Are they even responding to queries here?
