Debit order *******

I am ****ed at the telkom company, i have an account for wifi router that i have been paying monthly via a debit order, after i lost my job i called telkom asking to stop debit order process and move to manual payment because i was avoiding debit order to bounce. I payed for few months manually but telkom still processed the debit orders i asked them to cancelled, when i call them to ask why? They told me that they can't stop debit order process even if i pay manually. I have been charged by the bank everytime i cancelled the telkom and when the debit order bounces. I have never received feedback on any queries i logged with them. Today i realise my wifi router is not loaded with data and when i call they told me it's been suspended because i owe money to them. I payed manually last months but they still debited my account and i reversed it since i already paid. Now i'm being told i am being charged R200 for the debit order that didn't get through, like wat the hell. Telkom always debit even after it's already paid, January i was charged monthly payment twice and when i call i was told it was a system error but i got charged by the bank for that ****. After logging a call i am being told that feedback will come between 7 to 9 days like what? 7 days of waiting while i have already paid for the month of May i never skipped a month with telkom like please take care of your clients, can't tolerate such unprofessional conduct of such a big company. Not even one call to alert the client that the account has been suspended is so not on like why do we give you guys e-mail address and alternative numbers for?
