Debit order rejection fee

Normally when a debit order is unsuccessful your bank charges a fee, where have you seen that telkom charges an additional R 202.70 due to a failed debit??

Telkom charges a debit order rejection fee for every failed debit orders on the account for the amount R 202.70.

No other company does this?

This is unacceptable?
