Debit order payment made 6 days before due date but bounced and got charged R200 extra 4 June payment

Made debit order payment before due date 6 days before due date on the 24th of May 15h00 and debit date was on the 31st of May whereby the debit order cleared before the 28th of May when I checked in the Telekom mobile app but I still got charged for the debit order bouncing back on the 31st of May and now charged R200 on top of my June bill.... so I'm asking myself how is it I make a payment 6 days before debit order date of which two days after the payment my telkom mobile app reflected that the payment was received but four days after seeing the clearance of the recived payment on the Telekom mobile app debit order bounced on the 31st...

Funny how other mobiles Payments made 5 days be4 due date dont bounce and charge 200 on top of a contract
