Debit order of big amounts. Still not cancelled

<p>It has been more than a year now that telkom has been debiting my account with huge amounts for contracts that have been cancelled. It costs me money everytime I have to reverse an amount and makes me look bad at bank. In the beginning of September I spoke to a call centre agent and they said it will be sorted out. This has been going on for more than a year now. U want this sorted our now and taken off my name aswell as the debit orders stopped. Very annoyed with this situation. </p>
