Debit order no delivery of order

I ran away from cell c thinking you guys are better, not knowing you are the worst.

I app**** for a phone online, got approval and my account gets debited , mind you I haven't received the phone. I called the accounts team and they say the sales department didnt place an order.

so how is it that you do a test debit on no order placed?
