Debit order messup from Telkom

In June I asked telkom to change my debit order to another bank which was supposed to be done for end of July, Now I get a surpise for hearing that it is NOT done and they are going to charge me a fine of over R200 which I then can ask to credit me!!!!! I am going to be short on that amount in AUgust.
