Debit order issues!!!

I got a telephonic deal with Telkom where I get a WIFI pocket router for R199 a month (5GIG). The first month they deducted R319 and the following months R439. Tried to call Telkom multiple times to solve the problem where there is no answer making me think, is there actually someone at the call desk???? I really feel like cancelling my contract ASAP for my whole budget is in the red because Telkom can not uhm... Answer phones...? Can not... Do maths?? Can just take extra money because its okay for them to do so? I expected more from Telkom. Can not think how did I even think to support Telkom. You Telkom! will be losing a lot of customers because I work with three people complaining about the same problem!!!!
