Debit order issues. DO NOT USE TELKOM

I've signed a debit order on my telkom mobile account. The debit order does not go off and I have to make an EFT (15 January 2019) with the EFT reference they give me. Last night the suspend my service due to non payment. They do not look at their statements, you need to send them an e-mail to bring it under their attention. Now I am going to be without a phone for 2 or 3 days; who knows. Last time telkom cut off my service for 21 days. STAY away from telkom. They are useless.
