Debit order going off when I don't have a Telkom Account

I had previously complained on HelloPeter about possible uneccassary debit orders going off and as luck would have it, it is happening. Please see my previous review below:

"I recently tried getting the uncapped LTE deal through Telkom. They said that my are in Alberton has full LTE coverage, stood in a que at the banks for I don’t know how long to get bank statements, just to find out that my area is not in fact covered for LTE. I put the router in almost every area in my house to try get decent reception but the highest speed I got was 17MBS and an average of 3MBS. Called the support desk, he said I should take the router in where I bought it so they can check to see why I’m not getting proper speeds...REALLY? He said I must try it out for the night and see how it goes.

I just know that I’m going to have billing issues even though I cancelled/withdraw from the contract the very next day (13th June 2017) I have not heard anything from anyone confirming that the deal was cancelled. I want confirmation that I will not be billed or double billed for this. Thanks for nothing Telkom, keep up the terrible work!"

Telkom, get your act together, please reverse the funds back into my account and LEAVE ME THE HELL ALONE. Dont ever want to deal with your pathetic service AGAIN!!!

Hi Noleen

Please take note that I already have a reference number which is ********** 0.

I managed to reverse the transaction with FNB and have also blocked the debit order going forward. Change the Debit order amount or reference and you will be hearing from me again.

Thanks for nothing Telkom, two thumbs down!!!
