Debit order going off twice in one month

<p>This morning I had to wake up with an sms saying Telkom deducted money for a second time this month! How is this possible???</p> <p> </p> <p>My debit order went off on the third an now again today!!! I don't understand this.</p> <p> </p> <p>That money is needed for other accounts and now I must phone Telkom and sort this mess out! And when will I eventually get my money back?</p> <p> </p> <p>This is unexceptable!!!</p>
