Debit order for un-authorised account !!!!!!!

I have NEVER in my life had anything to do with Telkom but they have been billing me for the last few months for an account I never opened. It is an absolute pain to get the debit order reversed by my bank every month and costs me a fee. They have handed me over to debt collectors now. What a **** ********** company.
