Debit Order for December 2024

I have a cellphone contract with Telkom. Debit order set for the last day of the month. I am a contract worker and only get paid on this day. In it's wisdom Telkom decided to put the debit order through on the 27th and as a result there were no funds in the account. Have tried calling but line constantly engaged. I am now expected to pay an extra R200 to get the phone up and running again. Not very Christmassy Telkom. I also know that they will not read this review.
