Debit order fee

In July 2022 telkom debit into my account before the last day of the month on the 30th were as I get paid last day of the month and now I have to pay bank fee's and pay extra R200 and something for their mistake of going into my account before my pay date with no notification what so ever to notify me before hand that since the month is ending on a Sunday 31st they will deduct before. Iv called them and all I could get is that I have to pay for it and they can't help me for their mistake of going to my account before my pay date. I'm rating this 0 ⭐ coz after the calls I made I was not assisted at all only after the calls I was given the debit order dates which they don't debit on the as I requested when I 1st app**** for the Fibre. It is not fair that I have to pay for their mistakes .
