Debit order dispute terrible service

Good day Please assist with below, I have a contract with Telkom and my monthly installment is R130.00 my debit order was one month unpaid and the next month they decided to deduct R450.00 When I called to ask why I was advise that’s a penalty that was charged to my account because of the unpaid debit order, For years I had contracts and never in my entire life I was charged that amount for a penalty fee my bank don’t even charged this amounts for unpaid debit order amount. The second month they try deducting R900 and something I refused to pay that amount because nowhere when I app**** for this contract I was informed of this and up until today I still have received a contract , I have been calling Telkom call center to advise about my issues they just never can help and when asking to speak to a manager they never available was advise they will call back. I have come to a point where I told my bank not to allow the debit order anymore My request has been 4 the past 2 months a settlement amount in order to cancel the contract and all fees to be canceled , I am not prepare honestly to pay a unpaid debit order fees. I want to settle the account and my profile needs to be updated I never dealt with any company trying to Rob people. Account number is ***

I have been calling Telkom requesting this contract to be canceled in order to settle this account ,

I have been given no joy , I have been having sleepless nights with regards to this account , this is affecting credit profile negatively at the bureaus and affecting my work as well as I can’t afford to have this reflecting on my credit profile .

I have been explaining to Telkom agents that I was not given the terms and condition telephonically , they want to give it now as is no help now.

I have been requesting managers to call there is no1 ever available , what service is provide to me as a customer honestly I am not sure if I am supposed to be committing suicide before they tale me serious which by that time it will be to late or do I GO the Paper?
