Debit Order Dispute

I am really annoyed with you guys charging me for reversing the debit ordered i paid early and yet you debited. This is pure ******* because you gave us permission to pay early our debit order and yet we still charged. Why do we pay early if we still going to be charged? someone needs to call me back because i wont be paying anymore and i dont give a **** about being blacklisted.
