Debit order deducted too early

<p>I am extremely unhappy with Telkom and the way they are billing me.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 19 Jan my premium was deducted from my account. My salary pay date is only on the 20th causing this debit order to reject. I received my statement and now I am being charged a R200 rejection fee. </p> <p> </p> <p>Which i do not understand as this is the description from my statement:<br />Receipt/Ref Date Description<br />607517 19 Jan 17 Payment received R774.00 CR<br />DDR ********** 05322 22 Jan 17 Payment rejected R774.00<br />Opening balance Amount overdue R774.00<br />Coins discontinued R0.02 CR<br />Payment details for the balance of R774.00 were not available on 26 Jan 2017.<br />Please pay immediately. If you have paid the arrears, please ignore this message.<br /><br />I tried to pay my bill online as well which failed. I am not sure if telkom supports partial bill payment as my current bill is now double due 20 Feb?</p>
