Debit order: debited 5 days to early

<p>I have in writing confirmation that my debit order date has been changed from the 1st of each month to the 5th of each month - this month it would be taken off on the 5th of August.</p> <p> </p> <p>I see that Telkom debited my account withouth authorization on the 31 of June. This is not the agreement! </p> <p>Here hoping that I will actually get some feedback from Telkom. </p>
