DEBIT ORDER DATES NOT CHANGED AS PER MU REQUEST

Im very dissapointed with the service i received from the call centre agent who dealt with my call on the 27th january 2018 at 18h30pm.

I informed the agent that the debit order dates must be changed from the 1st to the 15th of feb 2018. To my surprise, i see the debit still went off on the 1st of feb. I explained in detail that there will be no funds as my salary dates have changed.

Now im being threatned that my service will be cancelled due to non payment. How is it that i should be without service when YOUR agent failed to successfully change the debit dates. Furthermore, she has told me it has been changed and there will be no debit come the 1st of feb 2018. Please do listen in on that call!

I called in on the 6th of February 2018 at 14:01pm and spoke to hlengiwe dumege who told me the agent i spoke to the 27th of January 2018 did not change the dates.

Hlengiwe confirmed that she will loga case with her manager, but i find myself waiting for feedback.

Should any of my contracts be cancelled due to your agents failure to action my initial request of changing my debit dates, i will CANCEL all 4 of contracts with TELKOM.
