Debit order continues in spite of cancellation
Hello<br> On the 29th February 2016 I gave the required months notice to terminate the 20GIG LTE contract I had with Telkom(case number ***1). I stood in a queue for HOURS to get this done. Yet tonight on 31 March I get charged again for this contract on debit order!!! I want the R899 repaid to me immediately. I have to keep up my end of the contract - but Telkom does not have to? What is this? I have a second LTE 50GIG sim for which I have given notice on the 29th March 2016 (case number ***5). What is the bet I will be debited for this again on the 30th April?! The reason I have stopped these is the DISMAL speed of the LTE connection which has dropped from about 10mbps 2 years ago to about 0.39mbps now. unusable.
