Debit order complain

I opened a contract with telkom gave them all the details needed for them to debit my account the first debit order never went through cause they wrote the bank details wrong that’s what they said when I called in,so I gave them the correct details this month end is another story they forgot to put through the debit order I’m very unhappy with how they operating they messing my credit score
