Debit order canceled 9 months ago

In Dec 2016 I phoned Telkom to cancel my contract with them. I was told that I had to go into one of their branches (3rd world service) On 23/12/2016 I went to their The Grove branch in Pretoria and completed the cancellation form . Lucky I asked for a copy. The debit order did not stop. I went into the branch again, showed them my cancellation form, they made a promise to cancel it. 7 times I went in and the last 2 times decided to write down to who I gave the form: 1. Ayden Lottering 2. Joseph Maepa - He spoke to Kazi Ngongoma and emailed the document to ********** with a copy of the cancellation.

THIS IS NOW 8 MONTHS LATER AND THE DEBIT ORDER IS STILL GOING OF. It is costing me money to reverse it every time. I would like those costs refunded because why must I pay for Telkom not doing their work

I owe them nothing. My contract ran out and I canceled.

Can someone please help

I really don't know what to do. Telkom keep sending debit orders every month. Nobody contacted me. Returning the debit orders are costing me money. Can someone help!!!! Who can I escalate this to.
