Debit Order Abuse with terrible service

I have a 5 gig data contract with Telkom. The agreed debit order amount is R107.50 that is capped, once the 5gig is reached the service is cut off.

For roughly the past year, toward the end of the month the data is used up and cut off.

In January this year they debited R607.50, saying the additional R500 was for data fees. I called in the call centre 3 times with over 2 hours airtime used, on my fourth call I spoke to Andrian the call centre manager, he gave me a reffernce number ********** 7 saying the money would be credited in 7 working days. Six weeks later still no refund, then Telkom decide in February to debit R204.87,on my fith call to Tony Venter the JHB call centre manager I was promised a phone call to resolve this,a week later still no phone call.

Telkom has abused the right to debit order my account. I clearly stated that the contract is capped as I know how much the out of bundle rates are. There is no verbal or written allowance I gave to Telkom to charge me over the agreed amount, why has the data always been cut off before ?

I have spent over 3 hours of airtime and been passed around from one person to the next, the worst service I have ever recieved and a blatant abuse of having access to debit my account.
