Debit Order

Good day All,<br> <br> I have two accounts with you guys and signed a debit order contract for the 25th of every month.The 25th on a Saturday and you guys went and debit the account on the 24th why are you doing that because you will not find money on the 25th?<br> <br> today is the 28th and to date there is no debit order that went through why? the is money into my account but still no debit order to date.If the money gets finished and yet you guys have not debited the account who will you blame?<br> <br> Can you kindly make sure that a debit is running because on the last day of the month you wont find money into my account.<br> <br> And ai some your call centre agents need more training.<br> <br> Thanks
