Debit order

I'm supposed to be paying an am out of R 119 monthly, how ever Telkom as decided to debit me an amount of R319.44 with no explanation. I do understand I paid late but that can't be the charges, I'm currently requesting for the refund urgently as I'm in need of that cash. The last time I even used the Sim card was on the 1/9/2017 , my I'd number ********** 790088 contact ********** 655 I expect to her from you today.
