Debit order

I purchased a telkom sim card online for my wifi land and the agreement was was R165 will be Transacted monthly. However during December I changed my mind and went to telkom to disable the debit they did so. The debit order returns every month and it keeps piling up and today an amount of R1700 was transacted from my acc
