Debit Order

Good day All,<br> <br> I am not sure quiet sure what to say to you whether to say it`s your incompetence or you just don`t want to do your job or its a process of making money.<br> <br> it all started when i asked you to change a debit order date and you did not do that then December you go and double debit me on two simultaneous days,after 2 days you and suspend my number without telling me why.<br> <br> I lost a lot of people as i am doing business with my phone and you had no decency to explain why you suspended my line.<br> <br> Now the debit order date has been changed as requested and the next thing you guys don`t debit my account at all but you have the guts to send me an sms telling me that you will suspend my line.Can i kindly warn you that should you suspend my line and i lose money again and ask for legal assistance and you will have to pay for wasting my time and money.<br> <br> All my bank details are correct and the is money on my bank account.I need a full explanation as to why are you not debiting my account when you have a correct debit order date and the bank account.<br> <br> Also should the be any chargers i am not gonna pay them at all.<br> <br> Thanks
