Debit order

I have logged a query about the matter that Telkom Mobile bill me with the device that i have never received, <br> and i logged a case with this matter which they promised it will be resolved, a week after went to the festival mall branch which they said they escalated the matter. Thanyisile Mampanga called me on the 20/10/2015 and promised me to get the devise but never came back to me and she even did not have a courtesy to reply on my emails that I sent her.<br> Now Telkom Mobile is debiting money on my account for the contract they very much aware i never received and the case is logged on their system, which the consultants now are sending me from pillar to post to get this matter/case attended to or resolved and stop debiting my account as this will affect my credit profile and subsequently i could loose my job
