Debit on closed accounts and listing on ITC. Terrible service.

Telkom has listed two of my accounts on the ITC. Both of these contracts were cancelled. The one account is a month to month contract for internet which I went into the store to cancel. When I went to get feedback the consultant at telkom showed me that the contact was successfully closed. Yes they still try to debit my account and have listed me for non payment. There is also another account listed with a balance that has also been left on the ITC with a balanced
