DEBIT DID NOT GO THROUGH BUT NO ONE COMMUNICATED

I very disappointed and disgusted.. I have a Telkom contract for as long as I can remember... For them to only tell me that my DEBIT ORDER DID NOT GO THROUGH. but I had more then enough money in my account, No communication what so ever now my line is suspended 😔I'm definitely not renewing my contract
