DEBIT DATES CAUSING HAVOC!

Very upsetting that Telkom mobile instructs debits to go off on the 13th of the month when the debit order is signed for the 15th of the month?<br> <br> IS THIS EVEN LEGAL?<br> <br> No arrears on the account and absolutely NO REASON to debit the account on the 13th which have now resulted in the debit being returned, reflecting very bad on my ITC and bank report.<br> <br> Who on earth has decided to hand the account over to a \DEBT COLLECTOR CALLED NEW DATE"TEL NO *** WHEN THE ACCOUNT IS UP TO DATE?<br> <br> VERY CONCERNING THAT COMPANIES NILLY WILLY DEBITS ON THE WRONG DATE AND ALSO HANDS ACCOUNTS OVER THAT IS UP TO DATE?<br> <br> Can we also list companies on ITC for debiting wrongly?"""
