Debit date on saturday...but you take money friday???
Telkom taking debit orders the day before your stipulated date, saying its in your contract. what company even does that, if your debit order falls on the weekend, they take the debit the day before...that it is seriously not right. Not to mention the incompetence of the call centre staff, i spent an hour and a half on the phone, trying to get some sort of proof that i agreed to this stupid rule

05 Sept 2018, 13:08i have been trying to query this since yesterday, spending in average 2 hours on the phone. This is ridiculous. i requested to speak to a manager at your call centre, which they flat out refused as all of them are apparently to busy to speak to a client. I was promised a call back yesterday, which i didnt receive, which im not surprised about because your call centre really has no customer service. not one person apologised for the inconvenience or even acknowledged the question i was asking.
