DEBIT AFTER DUE DATE

Telkom is something else. My debit date was last day of the month but they still attempt to debit before that. I have called several times to get a proper explanation and I don’t. What irritates me the is that they charge me R200 on top of that. I’m now behind because of them. Is it even professional to go to a customers bank on a date that was not agreed on?
