Debit

My mother is always in areas with the telkom account that are not reflecting on the statement, she paid more than what she agreed on in the last 2 months when we call the call center they say she is charged for October whereas they debited more in November debit order, im honestly not happy with Telkom as they did not even include it on the statement sent to her.
