Debit

Poor service. Iv been trying to change my debit order date since last month. Yes i understand that under these circumstances we stand long ques till Jesus comes. Iv tried calling the call center a hundred times. I spent over R100 no anwer, thts all i get. U listen to that boring music hoping that some1 will pick up. I tried the online chat no1 responded. I sent an email through their support mail. Still no response. Its sad coz if i skip a payment i get a fine. I spoke to an agent few mnths ago. I told her that i wanna get off debit order she said its no possible. Honestly at this point i dnt know what to do
