DebiCheck Mandate violation...! Taking money before payDate!

Telkom taking early debit orders up to 7 days before the debit date, and then they refuse to reverse the penalties. They also refusing to pay the bank charges i was charged for the reversal of the debit order. TWICE.

They did this in December, and then again in January. This is a violation of the DebiCheck mandate system, and they should be reported to the credit Bureau for action..!
