Debi check mandate created on declined cellphone contract

I app**** for a Telkom cellphone contract and got declined.

Problem is you went on to create a debi check mandate against my bank account even though the order number was cancelled.

I suspended the mandate on my bank account. But I have a feeling Telkom will just change the reference and debit anyways.

Can someone in the back office please cancel the debit order mandate. Before I get debitted for a declined Telkom contract cellphone.
