******* debeting my account

Telkom debiting my account for three months after they have stopped servicing supporting and supplying ADSL internet. There is no service being provided lines are dead and numbers don't work. They canceled on there side but don't stop debiting my account. I've tried to cancel but this is impossible. Don't use Telkom they are useless
